Happy Last Day of Term One!!
"Term 1 grades - input due by noon - Wednesday, November 7 - Letter grades for all classes - Block Classes - T1 and S1 columns need to match. Block classes post credit to transcripts & Cumm. GPA at the end of Term 1.
Skinny classes show on the Term 1 report card,
but do not post credit to the transcripts/Cumm. GPA until the end of the
semester - Jan. 18. Shows a T1 grade, not an S1 grade yet. The
grades in the skinny sections for your gradebooks keep going but the
block sections end.
If you have a two term - block class - each
term is a separate transcripted credit for block. If you have
questions about this, please ask so the student's are clear. No
different from past year's.
Comments are always helpful, but not required. People like the freeform comments - more personal.
Remind your students - the counseling office DOES NOT provide
new schedules for them at term changes. They need to print off or
view their schedules on family access and should be using this all the
time anyway to monitor their grades."
