"Mauston High School was well represented today at the Annual South Central Conference Art Show at Ho-Chunk Convention Center. We had 14 artists with 15 works of Art in the show. The following students received 2nd places in their categories: Barron Marschall - Ceramics, Tamera Tamera Townsend - Fibers/Fabrics. Phjennifer Babcock received 1st Place in Sculpture. Freshman, Naly Vang receivd the Best in School Honor for MHS and Senior, Sweet-Tea Ellsworth (Morgan) brought home the Best in Show Award. Morgan's artwork will be featured on the cover of the upcoming "Musings" publication which highlights all of the SCC Award Winning Artists and Writers. Congratulations to all! Thank you for sharing your talent with so many."
